SIMPLE CALIBRATION
1. Switch off.
2. Press [MODE] key, hold, press [ON/ZERO] key. Display shows [CAL?]
3. Press [MODE] key. Display shows [YE5], then [LoAd] followed by [XXXX] or [YYYY]. These are the values of the calibration weights to be used. Either weight can be used.
4. Place weight on plate. Scale will automatically calibrate and display [DONE] when finished.
DEALER CALIBRATION
If load is not accepted it is possible to calibrate the scale even though it is outside the acceptable range for calibration by following the procedure below.
1. Switch off. Press and hold the [TARE] key and while pressing, quickly press and release the [ON/ZERO] key. Release the [TARE] key.
2. The display will show [F.1]. Press the [MODE] key to enter this function.
3. The scale will display the current offset value. Press the [ON/ZERO] key to re-zero the scale.
4. Enter dealer pass code: Press [TARE], [ON/ZERO]. Wait a few seconds. Press [TARE], [ON/ZERO] again.
5. If accepted an arrow will appear on the middle right hand side of the display.
6. Place a calibration weight, approximately half or full capacity, on the platform (see value of calibration weights above in "SIMPLE CALIBRATION").
7. Allow display to stabilise. +/- 3 counts is acceptable. Press [MODE] key.
8. The scale will automatically calibrate and display [donE] when finished.
9. It will then count down in numerical sequence and display zero or the weight of the mass if it has not been removed.
