1. After unpacking Bench Scales, remove rubber stops from holes in top of housing and dispose of them. They are placed there to stop the load cell being damaged in transit.
2. To adjust the span adjust the VR1 pot which is located through a small hole next to the on/off switch.
3. To adjust the zero take off the plate, remove the top housing taking care not to disconnect the wiring looms between the top and bottom housings.
4. Replace the plate and adjust VR2 pot which is on the A/D board located next to the battery.
5. Check the span again and when both are o.k. re-assemble scale housing and plate.
